General Projects is the work of designer Ben Pieratt. Established in 2008, Pieratt & a handful of collaborators launched Schtock, a faux-viral marketing effort made to look as if it were orchestrated by stock photography company, Corbis. Since running its course, the project has been taken down but you can view an archived version of Schtock, here.

Every Thursday, our friends at
NYC-based menswear line 3sixteen commissioned Richard Haines, founder of the blog "What I Saw Today," to create illustrations of their FW09 collection to be used in a wheatpasting campaign leading up to the season's release. Upon completing the live sketch session, 3sixteen conducted a short interview with Richard Haines about how his background and inspirations have fueled his current work as an illustrator.
